Vikram Purohit
Principal
Vikram Purohit is a Principal on the Therapeutics team and joined the Firm in 2025. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Purohit spent ten years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as an Executive Director focused on biopharma equity research. Before that, he was an Associate in Credit Suisse’s healthcare investment banking practice. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Purohit was an Associate at Lazard focused on healthcare M&A. Mr. Purohit began his career in healthcare consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Purohit holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
