Events at the Cure

Tanya Preisser

Tanya Preisser is Director of Property Management Operations and joined the Firm in 2005. In her current role, Ms. Preisser supports the development and operations of the Cure.  Prior to transitioning to this role in 2022, she was the Programming and Events Manager on the Partnership and Communications team, where she was responsible for the curation and overall execution of Cure Symposium Series, as well as other special events and programing initiatives for Deerfield.  Before this position, she was an Associate at the Firm and provided various levels of support to the Managing Partner, a Managing Director, and the Therapeutics team. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Preisser was a Vice President, Business Manager at Augusta Advisors (now Van Hedge Fund Advisors) and its Funds of Funds, where she was responsible for new business development, client management, market research for investment opportunities and management of office operations. Before Augusta Advisors, she was a Senior Manager at two different retail companies. Ms. Preisser holds a B.S. from Boston University.
