Paige Paladini

Paige Paladini is an Executive Assistant supporting the Therapeutics team and joined the Firm in 2025. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Paladini was an Executive Assistant at Oak Hill Advisors. Before that, she served in administrative roles at Chilton Investment Company for over three years. She started her career as a Styling Production Assistant at The RealReal. Ms. Paladini holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Management from the University of Delaware.
