Maria Guglielmo is an HR Project Manager & Recruiting Coordinator and joined the Firm in 2019. She is responsible for a variety of employee and recruiting matters. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Guglielmo spent a year as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources and the Investor Relations Team at AEA Investors. Before AEA, she was an Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources/Associate General Counsel, the Chief Compliance Officer and the Head of Distressed Research at Brigade Capital Management for four years. Ms. Guglielmo holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from The City University of New York’s Baruch College and an M.S. in Human Capital Management from Columbia University.
