Maria Guglielmo is a Human Resources Associate and joined the Firm in 2019. She is responsible for maintaining current employment information, onboarding new employees, recruiting for open positions, assisting with inquiries related to benefits and planning Deerfield events. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Guglielmo spent a year as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources and the Investor Relations Team at AEA Investors. Before AEA, she was an Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources/Associate General Counsel, the Chief Compliance Officer and the Head of Distressed Research at Brigade Capital Management for four years. Ms. Guglielmo holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from The City University of New York’s Baruch College.
