Margaret Singh, Pharm.D.

Margaret Singh, Pharm.D., is a Vice President, Head of Development Operations on the Deerfield Discovery and Development team and joined the Firm in 2026. Prior to Deerfield, Dr. Singh spent over a year as a Partner at Pharma Consulting Services, LLC. Before that, she spent over four years as Executive Director, Program Strategy Leader, Oncology at Gilead Sciences. Prior to Gilead, she spent two years as Executive Director, Early Clinical Development, Immuno-Oncology at BeiGene. Earlier in her career, Dr. Singh spent nearly nine years at Astellas Pharma, most recently as Senior Director, Oncology Global Development Program Leader. Before Astellas, she worked at both OSI Pharmaceuticals and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. She began her career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she spent six years as Associate Director, Oncology Operations. Dr. Singh holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Rutgers University, an M.B.A. in International Business from Pace University, and a PharmD from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
