Madison Migdal

Madison Migdal is an Executive Assistant supporting the Deerfield Intelligence team and joined the Firm in 2025. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Migdal spent three years at Glenview Capital as an Executive Assistant. Before that, she spent over three years at Afiniti, most recently as a Manager, Commercial Operations. Ms. Migdal started her career at Kessler Creative as a Marketing Assistant. Ms. Migdal holds a B.A. in Arts Management from Ohio State University.
