Karen Arnone

Karen Arnone is the Head of Operations, Cure and joined the Firm in 2005. Ms. Arnone is responsible for managing the development and operations, with a focus on construction and property management, around Deerfield’s world-class life sciences facilities at 345 Park Avenue South since the building’s inception in 2019. In this role, she also works with the Cure operations teams on leasing, marketing, and compliance in a shared effort to build an ecosystem of collaboration and innovation at Cure. She is formerly Deerfield’s Chief Administrative Officer and led the Firm’s human resources function prior to her current role. Before Deerfield, Ms. Arnone spent over four years at Balyasny Asset Management where she worked in office administration before joining their Healthcare team as Healthcare Coordinator/Associate. Before that, she worked at XL Reinsurance as Department Manager and Assistant to the Chief Information Officer. She has experience working as a Medical Assistant with a background in both clinical and administrative procedures.
