Joane Cajuste

Joane Cajuste is an Executive Assistant supporting Deerfield Discovery and Development and joined the Firm in 2025. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Cajuste was a Business Associate, Operations & Corporate Access, at Jefferies. Before that, she held administrative roles at General Atlantic, UBS Investment Bank, and RHO Capital Partners. Ms. Cajuste holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Albany.
