Harold Davidson

Harold Davidson is Senior Transactions Counsel and joined the Firm in 2025. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Davidson was a Corporate Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP for over two years. Before that, he was a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery for over 15 years. Mr. Davidson holds a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
