Elizabeth Dugan
Director, Project Management
Elizabeth Dugan, Ph.D., is a Director, Project Management on the Deerfield Discovery and Development team and joined the Firm in 2026. Prior to Deerfield, Dr. Dugan spent over five years at PsychoGenics, most recently as an Associate Director, Project Management – Behavioral Pharmacology. Before that, she spent over seven years at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, most recently as an Associate Scientist in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Dugan holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Drexel University College of Medicine.
