Ben Hecht is Corporate Counsel and joined the Firm in 2024. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Hecht was an Associate at Goodwin Proctor LLP for almost two years. Before Goodwin Proctor, he was an Associate at Latham & Watkins, LLP for more than three years. Previous to that, he clerked for the Hon. Virginia A. Phillips, Chief District Judge, Central District of California. Mr. Hecht holds a B.A. in Psychology from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Rosoff was an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where he practiced in the firm’s litigation department for over six years. Previous to that, he clerked for the Hon. Frank Maas, United States Magistrate Judge, Southern District of New York. Mr. Rosoff holds a B.A from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
