Danielle Miller

Danielle Miller is an Assistant Controller, Fund Finance and joined the Firm in 2021. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Miller was an Associate Fund Controller for Sanne Group. Before Sanne Group, she spent two years at Ernst & Young as a Financial Services Assurance Senior. Ms. Miller holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Adora Li

Adora Li is a Controller, Fund Finance and joined the Firm in 2021. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Li was an Assistant Vice President at Blackstone for over three years. Previous to Blackstone, Ms. Li was a fund accountant at Siguler Guff & Company and began her accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Alternative Investments Group. Ms. Li holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Business Management from Stony Brook University and a Master’s in Public Accountancy from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. 

Ravi Dharia

Ravi Dharia is a Controller, Corporate Finance and joined the Firm in 2021. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Dharia spent five years on the accounting team at Roivant Sciences, most recently as Controller in Residence. Before Roivant, Mr. Dharia worked as a member of EisnerAmper’s audit practice for three years. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. 

Gianna Ciao

Gianna Ciao is a Project Manager, Spend Management Operations and joined the Firm in 2019. Ms. Ciao is involved in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of the Firm. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Ciao spent a year working abroad in special events at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba. Previous to that, she worked at Roivant Sciences, as well as on the Administration team at Deerfield for two years. Ms. Ciao holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Temple University and completed one year of coursework from the University of Aruba, Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management. 

Bryan Sendrowski

Bryan Sendrowski is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Deerfield Management. Mr. Sendrowski joined the Firm in 2012. He is responsible for the overall finance, accounting and tax functions for the Firm, overseeing the financial management and related operating activities of the Firm and its affiliates, and overseeing the operational support provided by the External Operations team. Prior to joining Deerfield, Mr. Sendrowski was Chief Financial Officer of New American Therapeutics, a specialty pharmaceutical company that was funded and facilitated by Deerfield’s Private Design Funds. He also previously served in various senior finance and accounting positions at several early-stage specialty pharmaceutical companies and was a Senior Manager in the financial statement audit practice of KPMG with responsibility for the management of public and private company audits. Mr. Sendrowski received his B.A. from Pace University and is licensed (inactive) as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.

David Dalton

David Dalton is a Director of Financial Operations, Fund Finance and joined the Firm in 2013. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Dalton worked in Morgan Stanley’s prime brokerage division as a senior client service representative and at LaGrange Capital Administration as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Florida and earned his M.B.A. from Fordham University. 

John Aquilino

John Aquilino is a Senior Controller, Fund Finance and joined the Firm in 2018. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Aquilino spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as Senior Assurance Associate in the Alternative Investments Group. He holds a B.S. in Business and Finance and in Accounting from Brooklyn College, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. 

Jonathan Isler

Jonathan Isler is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Funds. Mr. Isler joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for accounting and tax functions of the Funds, as well as for the relationships with the Fund’s independent accountants, administrator and prime brokers. Prior to Deerfield, he was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in transaction and valuation services. Mr. Isler holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
