Village Health Works

Village Health Works’ mission is to provide quality, compassionate health care in a dignified environment while also addressing the root causes of illness, poverty, violence, and neglect.

Health Equity International

Health Equity International is dedicated to providing essential health services to the people of Southern Haiti, especially the most vulnerable. We are committed to building a comprehensive, efficient, and resilient health system that provides high quality care. We believe that ensuring access to life-saving and life-changing health services is a critical component to building strong and productive communities.

Jacaranda Foundation

Jacaranda Health’s vision is a world where all women and their families experience childbirth safely and with dignity. We run East Africa’s highest quality affordable maternity hospital, and we partner with government hospitals to deliver solutions that improve quality of care and outcomes for mothers and their newborns. Our primary programs address the two major causes of maternal death by improving nurse capacity to deliver life-saving obstetric care and deploying mobile tools to ensure mothers seek appropriate care at the right time.

Partners in Health

Our mission is to provide a preferential option for the poor in healthcare. By establishing long-term relationships with sister organizations based in settings of poverty, Partners in Health strives to achieve two overarching goals: to bring the benefits of modern medical science to those most in need of them and to serve as an antidote to despair.

Children’s Health Fund

Children’s Health Fund (CHF) envisions a future where all children in America receive the care they need to be healthy and ready to reach their full potential. Because healthcare is a critical component of that vision and inequities in access exist, CHF’s mission is to ensure access to high-quality healthcare for America’s most disadvantaged children. Founded in 1987, today CHF supports 26 National Programs. We reach more than 100,000 children and family members annually through fixed-site and mobile clinics at over 400 schools, Head Start centers, shelters and community sites, delivering healthcare where children live, learn, and play in 16 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. In addition to ensuring access to healthcare, CHF works to reduce health barriers to learning in children from high-need communities, brings the voice of children and youth to local and national policy debates, and responds to the needs of children impacted by natural disasters and other public health crises.

Little Sisters Of The Assumption

The Little Sisters of the Assumption (LSA) Family Health Service is a neighborhood-based organization founded in 1958 that works with the people of East Harlem (New York) to address the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual dimensions of family health.

LSA provides home-based and center-based programs designed to empower those who are most vulnerable and who have least access to the basic necessities of life, in the conviction that the entire community grows when individuals and families are affirmed in their own dignity.

Possible Health

Possible Health’s mission is to provide high-quality, low-cost care to the world’s poor. Possible is intent on making a model for patients to realize the right to health by delivering transparent, data-driven healthcare, which it is currently doing for Nepal’s rural poor.
