Zheng Su, Ph.D., is a Partner on the Therapeutics team. Between 2013 and 2021, Dr. Su spent over eight years at Deerfield in roles of increasing responsibility. Following a brief absence, he returned to the Firm in 2022. Prior to Deerfield, he was a Senior Statistical Scientist at Genentech, an Assistant Professor at SUNY Stony Brook, and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Stanford University. He was formerly Editor-in-Chief of Contemporary Clinical Trials and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Contemporary Clinical Trials Communications. Dr. Su holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Peking University, as well as an M.S. in Financial Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Computational Mathematics and Statistics from Stanford University, where he also received his post-doctoral training in biostatistics. He has published over 50 articles on the design and analysis of clinical trials.
