Gabriela Januszewski is an Operations Director, Cure Experience. Ms. Januszewski joined Deerfield in 2019 as Project Manager on the property development and operational activities around the Firm’s building at 345 Park Avenue South and transitioned to her current role in 2022. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Januszewski spent nearly four years at Compass, a real estate technology start-up, where she served as a project manager on a team led by the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she supported strategic initiatives through the company’s hypergrowth phase, managed the Chief Operating Officer’s communications, wrote and published cross-department updates as well as managed affinity group programs, such as Women in Technology and Women in Leadership. Before Compass, Ms. Januszewski was an assistant property manager at Silk & Halpern Realty Associates and an executive assistant to the Managing Director of Momentum Worldwide. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management and a Certificate in Data Visualization from New York University.
